By browsing or ordering from Abraham Site, you agree to use the website lawfully and not interfere with its security or normal operation. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

You must be able to enter a valid payment agreement and provide a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel. Automated access that harms the site or other users is prohibited.

We describe each pet product using supplier specifications, measurements, materials, and photographs, but minor color differences can appear across screens. Product pages are the main source for size and included parts.

A grooming wipe, bed, flight cage, or leash should be selected using the published dimensions and weight limits. Contact us before ordering if a measurement is unclear or close to your pet's needs.

An order becomes accepted after payment approval and stock confirmation. If an item sells out before dispatch, we will contact you and refund the unavailable portion within 7 days.

We may cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, pricing errors, or an address that a carrier cannot serve. Any charged amount for a canceled order is returned to the original payment method.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change before you complete checkout. The total shown on the hosted payment page is the amount that applies to your order.

Payment is handled on a secure hosted page, and Abraham Site does not receive or store your full card number. Refunds are sent back to the payment method used for the purchase.

We pack orders within one business day and use ground delivery that normally takes three to five business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees because carrier disruptions and weather can add time.

Risk and responsibility for the parcel pass when the carrier records delivery at the address provided. Contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found.

Returns follow the Return Policy and must normally be requested within 30 days of recorded delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and approved before they are shipped back.

Approved refunds are issued within 7 days after inspection and return to the original payment method. Return postage is handled according to whether the return is caused by a change of mind or our error.

Follow the care instructions supplied with each item, and inspect beds, cages, and leashes regularly for loose threads, damaged hardware, or worn tape. Remove a product from use when damage could affect safety.

Pet supplies are not toys and do not replace supervision. Keep packaging, small parts, and cleaning materials away from animals, and check that a leash rating suits the pet using it.

The text, product photographs, layout, and branding on this website belong to Abraham Site or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without written consent.

To the extent allowed by law, Abraham Site is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or harm caused by misuse of a product. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid.

We are not liable for delays, address errors, or delivery failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms when store practices, payment providers, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
